Sinking Tugboat Spills Thousands of Gallons of Diesel in an Alabama River

The tugboat spilled more than 3,000 gallons of fuel into the Tennessee River in Florence, Ala., over the weekend, forcing the closure of a beach. Officials said there was no threat to drinking water.
